"The cod was enormous, and the chips were beautifully crisp, accompanied by a lovely tartar sauce. The cod itself was exceptionally tasty, cooked to perfection—flaky and delicate. Yum!
The service was great too, provided by a woman named Ffion and a charming young man with dark curly hair, whose name we didn't catch. The only issue we encountered was that the portion of fish was so large that I couldn't finish it all. My partner took the plate to the counter to ask if we could get a doggy bag for our Afghan hound, Ayesha, to enjoy a tasty bite as well. The young woman working there looked a bit surprised when she saw him approaching the counter, probably thinking something was wrong with the meal. She seemed relieved when he explained it was just for our dog!
Overall, I sincerely recommend this restaurant—the food was fabulous, and the staff were all fantastic. It’s definitely worth a visit!"
