"We came here two spontaneously under the week and had luck getting a table. The restaurant is very small and has few places inside. If it's not too cold, you can sit outside. We had an appetizer and a main dish. Especially the appetizers were very big, you should have a little more hunger to create everything. For my taste, the appetizer should have been a little smaller. Tastefully everything was excellent. We could also watch the work in the kitchen from our place. That was all very clean and super organized. The My Keng clearly stands out from the “average asiate”, but it must also be looked after to pay slightly elevated prices."

"Schade das ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann!!!! Vom Herzen gebe ich 10 Sterne Das wäre verdient!!! Ganz tolles Essen, egal was, alles schmeckt, wird frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet!!! Gastronomie auf hohem Niveau, Preise sind allerdings nicht im hohen Segment sondern angemessen!!! Super Weine und leckeren Grappa on top. Was will man mehr... Wir kommen immer mit großer Vorfreude ins Noidue, denn auch das Personal hat volle Punktzahl verdient, alle freundlich und zuvorkommend, super umsichtig und flink!!! Macht weiter so!!!"

"Service was a complete and utter mess. We waited over half an hour for our food, which was mediocre at best and bland at worst. After we waited yet another 30 mins for the bill, our server left mid payment to tend to other tables and only returned after desperate attempts 15 mins later. The couple next to us got their food 20 mins apart as well. Prices are ok, it’s a great location and ambience would have been good, if it wasn’t for the guests being flabbergasted by the waiters running around like headless chicken, trying to find the right table for their meal. Was very surprised as most other reviews are good, maybe they were training half the servers that day. It was definitely an experience dining here and really entertaining at times but overall quite a frustrating dinner."

Völlig versalzenes Essen, nicht durch gebratenes Hähnchen, total fettige nicht krosse Bratkartoffeln, überbackene Champignons mit Scheibenkäse, Salat mit Strunk vom Eisbergsalat . Bei Bezahlung Karte abgewiesen, man möchte lieber Bargeld. Null authentisch, warum der Laden trotzdem voll war erklärt sich uns nicht. Schade Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1"

"Ich hatte vorgebucht, das wäre nicht nötig gewesen, denn wir waren anfangs alleine. Erst später kamen noch wenige Gäste hinzu, das Lokal hat mehr Gäste verdient. Das Ambiente ist etwas abgewohnt, aber das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Ich würde sagen, ein Geheimtipp."

"Was there for dinner last week. If you ordered a bottle of wine from the map, you were not there. 2 similar wines were proposed to us and brought us to taste. The staff is very nice and attentive, but not intrusive. Did not have to wait long for food, it was very freshly prepared, sufficiently large (not to leave anything, had no friescoma after, but Auc no longer hungry) and very tasty! Price performance also fits (we were about 50€, incl. bottle wine). The shop is not very large, but very cozy and is operated as a family business. Due to the quality and size of the shop on weekends, it is very fast. Those who expect typical Greek (what we understand Germans) might be somewhat disappointed. It is not a Greek where you can always get Ouzo filled and where there are only huge grill plates. ABER definitely worth several visits. Personally, the outdoor area on the road does not tell me, so I come back on cooler days, but it is very cozy inside, as mentioned."

"Üblicherweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, das Restaurant Athos liegt mir aber sehr am Herzen weil es das bisher beste griechische Restaurant in Potsdam ist.Jetzt sind überraschender Weise neue Betreiber eingezogen.Schade das das nicht kommuniziert wurde. Über 20 Jahre bin ich mit meiner Familie und Freunden dort Stammgast und waren immer zufrieden.Ob es so bleibt? Ich hoffe sehr. Die Chefköchin haben die "Neuen" erstmal behalten.Das Personal ist ansonsten komplett neu. Fast keiner spricht dort momentan einigermaßen deutsch.Die Karte kennt auch keiner. Aber alle freundlich. Der Salat vorne weg ist bereits geändert (nicht mein Fall, kein Krautsalat mehr enthalten) die Peperonis vom Grill scheinen auch eine andere Sorte zu sein, waren mal besser. Ich hoffe sehr das das weitere Essen so gut bleibt wie zuvor. Wäre schade wenn das auch noch abflacht dann gibt es keinen guten Griechen mehr im Potsdam.Noch halte ich durch...."

"Surely one of the best finds of our recent trek, this little restaurant tucked away in a side street to the left of Starbucks looking towards the Brandenburg Gate along the pedestrian street has a quiet courtyard where delectable, freshly made food can...be enjoyed at very reasonable prices. With all the items freshly prepared, the slightly longer wait is well worthwhile."

"Very nice Thai style atmosphere. You can even sit at low tables close to the ground with cushions. Western style tables are also available. Very friendly service. The vegetables were extremely fresh. You can tell that they steam all the veggies and use fresh produce....Dishes are not normal Thai spicy, everything seemed to be the toned down for the German palette. The Tom Kha Gai was yummy (but very mild). Again, you could tell by the vegetables that they made their soup fresh. Chicken Pad Thai was good (not the best but, definitely better than some German Thai restaurants I've been to). We also had the duck with vegetables and rice. Everything had nice large portions and was very filling. If you like authentic Thai spicy, you might be disappointed. Overall, ok for Thai food in Potsdam, Germany"

"We went with a couple of friends, a baby and a dog on a Sunny Sunday. We had just bought an ice cream in a shop close by and we were about to finish it when we sat at this place to order some other things. We were extremely surprised as the waitress told us that we had to leave immediately because it is not allowed to bring products from other shops. One of my friends, a baby and myself stood up to finish it while the others were still sitting and taking a look at the menu as the owner (apparently) came out with a horrible attitude and literally kicked us out of the place!!! He didn't event let us talk. I DON'T recommend this place at all. I am pretty sure that if we had spoken German they would have let us stay. It's incredible that there are still people like this that have NO IDEA how to treat their customers and prefer to lose clients instead of trying to be nice."

"Ich hatte mal wieder einen Termin in Potsdam...Wie so oft ging es in den Butt. Die Bedienung etwas schnodrig aber doch freundlich. Ich bestellte Scholle mit Speck, meine Begleitung gebratenen Lachs mit Tagliatelle. Der Lachs war ziemlich trocken,die Nudeln definitiv aufgewärmt...und klebten aneinander. Meine Scholle schien mir nicht mehr ganz frisch...Dazu gab es einen Esslöffel voll Bratkartoffeln und zwei Salatblätter. Absolut lieblos angerichtet. Vor zwei Jahren habe ich für die Scholle noch 21,50€ bezahlt. Heute kostet das gleiche Gericht in weit aus schlechter Qualität 28,50 €. Der Lachs mit aufgewärmten Nudeln 27,50 €. Alles in allem...Eine absolute Enttäuschung. Preis Leistung passen überhaupt nicht. Scheinbar geht in dieser Stadt alles den Bach runter..."

"the rosenberg is a small purely vegan caffeine that also offers a few hearty things. the special is the great selection of torts. the service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the price for the food is not true. I also find it difficult that for all types of plant milk, up to soy milk, 50 cent extra are needed and that in a vegan caffeine. note for the team in rosenberg: billing distinguishes between debit and credit cards. for a visum or a Mastercard debit only 0.9 fees are required. the debit card looks similar to the credit card for confusion, but carries the inscription debit. the difference is not always known. Otherwise, I cannot explain the notiz (EV card of 10 euro) at the entry. for a credit card there are 1.9 . for the card terminals of the sum no monthly fee is required and paid only for each individual transaction. many banks, however, require a fee for girocards, which allows more and more customers to exchange them through a free visum or Mastercard debit. "We had dinner here white visiting Potsdam. My wife had veal and I had a wrapped chicken pie that was a regional specialty from an area in southwest Germany. The food, service, and presentation were amazing. This is a very small, family operated cafe that changes the menu daily. They have outdoor seating for 20-25 people and a similar number inside. The weather was very nice the evening that we went and everyone was seated outside. We have been in France and Germany on a 3 week vacation (we have one day left). We have eaten lots of places. If I could go back to only one of them, Backstoltz would be it!"

"Man kann es kurz beschreiben: 1. Weder die Bedienung noch weitere Mitarbeiter im Laden sprechen deutsch. Die Bestellung gestaltet sich daher schwierig und es wird spannend was letztendlich an den Tisch gebracht wird. 2. Der Geschmack ist einigermaßen ok, wobei die veganen Sushi so ziemlich nach nichts schmecken. 3. Der Laden gleicht eher einer Rumpelkammer. Draußen ist es wenig sauber und drinnen werden von leeren Getränkekästen bis zu sonstigen Utensilien jede Menge ansehnlicher Dinge gelagert. 4. Ach ja, man sollte tunlichst nicht auf die Toilette müssen, denn es gibt keine die benutzbar ist. Gesamtfazit: Ein Reinfall und nicht zu empfehlen!"

"My husband had a birthday and I should look for a restaurant and book a table. No problem! Normally, but as redrawn, not so easy. Mr. Google just found this restaurant and invited my husband the following words: A Westfale and a Rhinelander go to a restaurant with French cuisine, a Scottish cook (owner) in the Dutch neighborhood in Potsdam. The phone reservation was so warm that you really enjoyed the restaurant and the companions. A very good kitchen, with changing card, not too expensive, but also not cheap price/performance ratio is true. A very cozy establishment with French antiques, very good wine recommendation and as a gravel cooked there, there was a very good whisky in the end. This restaurant also offers cooking classes, but also provincial evenings as well as whiskeytasting. The owners are very nice, funny, with a lot of personality, but never removed. I didn't want to go home anymore. A small beer garden in the backyard is also open in summer. Nice! Have fun!"
