"birthday party on 8.6.20 reservation was made, three people at 16:00 would be led to a table that was not covered. as said, there was a reservation before! operation as friendly, a little more expert knowledge would be good. the carpaccio was not the hit. tasteless, does not know what a feigechutney and a soft cheese (baby leaf) must look for! the main course: lammfilet, portweinsauce, speckbohnen and rosmarinkartoffeln. the other main course: if meldaillons is on the map, then they expect two small parts of rindefilet, not a steak. but I don't want to list it anymore. it was better. the business leaders should think."

"A full restaurant is normally the best sign of a superior cuisine. Although the atmosphere and concept reminds me of a "Vapiano" restaurant at the Bistro communal tables and retail delicatessen are mixed together and everyone will find his/her space during the busy lunch hours. The unfortunate thing is that the two Chefs in the show kitchen where completely stressed out and barely managed to keep up with the flood of orders pouring in. At this point we would have wished for the kitchen to be closed of and not provide front row seat views into the chaos.The food is inspired Italian with daily specials in today's case by fresh chanterelles. We choose the Pennette with and bacon as well as a Risotto with Chanterelles. In both cases the pasta and risotto lacked taste and seasoning. The mushrooms where not properly cleaned and the sandy soil ended up in our mouths.The complimentary ciabatta bread and various olive oils and Balsamico kept us busy until the food order was finally ready after 35 to 45 min. Regrettably late and one after the other.The pizza with Parma ham and Ruccola though was excellent and ready for collection within few minutes.The Espressi were fantastic, small, hot, strong and just the right roast aromas.For around 55 Euro the bill for three was reasonable but the kitchen could have been better. Surely we will return but only for pizza and coffee."

Die Bedienung super nett und kinderfreundlich, das Essen immer wieder ein Genuss. - Man muss schon einen Tisch für Abends vorbestellen, sonst kann es auch in der Woche schwierig werden, einen Tisch zubekommen. - Das spricht doch wohl für sich selbst. Ich komme immer gern hierher und auch meine inzwischen erwachsenen Kinder kommen immer gern wieder in dieses Restaurant - obwohl sie weiter entfernt leben."

"Eine standesamtliche Hochzeit ist ja bekanntlich etwas Besonderes. Die Zeitdauer einer durchschnittlichen Zeremonie dürfte dem Restaurant bekannt sein. Nun stellen Sie sich bitte vor, dass die Trauung beendet ist. Die mehr als 20 Gäste haben einen Cocktail-Empfang draußen-bei schönem Wetter-gebucht. Nun setzen sich die Gäste draußen unter die Dächer. Nach 10 Minuten kommt eine Servicekraft und fragt nach Wünschen. Es wird ihm erklärt, dass eine Reservierung für den Cocktail-Empfang und ein Essen stattfinden soll. Dann fragt er nach dem Namen und nach weiteren 5 Minuten findet dann draußen der überhastete Aufbau von Tisch und Getränken nach. Vorher werden Sektkartons vom Personal geschleppt und die zu servierenden Tomaten mit Mozzarella fallen der Servicekraft auf den Rasen und müssen neu zubereitet werden. Nach insgesamt 20 Minuten Wartezeit werden dann Getränke serviert.So setzt es sich dann im Keller-Restaurant fort. Die junge intelligente Servicekraft ( sprach sogar Spanisch) wurde vom Restaurant-Chef nicht ausgebildet! Es waren lediglich eine Sorte Weiß-und eine Sorte Rotwein bestellt. Beim Versuch, den Rotwein einschenken zu wollen, frage ich zuvor, um welche Art Rotwein es sich handelt. Ich frage nach der Rebsorte, die ja auch auf dem Label der Flasche vermerkt ist. Daraufhin antwortet sie mit dem Namen des Weines und hat damit immer noch nicht meine Frage beantwortet. Nun erklärt sie mir, dass es sich um einen Rotwein handeln würde. Meine Frage war immer noch nicht beantwortet. Wenn man einem Gast einen Wein (und in diesem Fall eine einzige Sorte Rotwein) anbietet, dann sollte man sich vorher schlau machen. Damit diese Situation nicht ewig anhielt, verzichtete ich auf die Information und ließ einschenken.Als das Essen (2 verschiedene zuvor bestellte Gerichte zur Auswahl) serviert wurde, gab es das nächste Chaos. Keiner der Servicekräfte, wusste wohin die Gerichte zu servieren sind. Zwischendurch wurde kein Wein nachgeschenkt. Die Servicekräfte kümmerten sich nicht um die Gäste. Sie waren auch nicht im Nebenraum. Gäste mussten sich auf die Suche machen. Aber dafür gab es im Nachbarzimmer ja eine Klingel, die nach Betätigung einen Kellner in Marsch setzte.Okay, das Allerwichtigste sei auch erwähnt. Das Essen war gut. Die Saucen gut zubereitet. Fazit:Organisation einer Veranstaltung: 1 PunktService: 1 PunktEssen: 4 PunkteLocation: 4 Punkte"

"Wir haben dort gestern gegessen und es war sehr lecker . Zuerst dachten wir, dass das Restaurant geschlossen hat, weil es von außen so dunkel war. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment sehr willkommen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Antipastiplatte ist sehr zu empfehlen (habe ich leider kein Foto von gemacht). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Nur zur Info: es gibt keine Pizza. Man kann gegenüber bei Rewe parken."

Ich wurde am Pfingssonntag abends um 20.00 Uhr von einem Bekannten meines Bruders aus Indonesien per SMS gebeten, für den nächsten Morgen eine Geburtstagtstorte zu besorgen. Im Hotel nebenan konnte man mir nicht helfen, erstens ist das Restaurant sonntags und feiertags geschlossen ( vier Sterne Hotel ? ? )und zweitens ist es Sonntag und schon spät und überhaupt . . .Verzweifelt überlegten wir im Innenhof des Centers, Der unglaublich gute Duft vom Essen des"Chinesen" zog vorbei.Vielleicht unsere "Retter in der Not" ?Ich ging hinein, fragte am Buffet, wurde an die Chefin verwiesen.Charmante junge Frau. Ich habe mein "Problem" erklärt, kurzes Nachdenken, Lächeln,Anweisung an einen Mitarbeiter. Nach kurzer Zeit wurden zwei tiefgefrorene Torten ( Apfel und Erdbeer ) präsentiert.Ich habe eine Torte zu einem sensationell günstigen Preis kaufen können. Zusätzlich bekam ich eine kleine Flasche Pflaumenwein als Geschenk für das Geburtstagskind geschenktWährend der Wartezeit hatte ich genügend Gelegenheit mir das Buffett anzuschauen.Als Liebhaber von "chinese food" und häufiger Besucher von Chinarestaurants kann ich gern bestätigen, dass alles sehr lecker aussah, gut zubereitet, es duftete verführerisch.Wenn wir wieder nach Reinbek kommen, planen wir mit Sicherheit ein Essen dort ein"

"Ich bestelle hier seit Monaten fast wöchentlich und habe noch nie schlechte Erfahrungen hier gemacht. Alles das ich bestellt habe war super lecker und kam knallheiß vor der angekündigten Lieferzeit hier an. Die Portionen waren auch mehr als ausreichend. Einmal wurde mein Dip vergessen, der wurde dann aber sofort nachgeliefert, als ich darauf hinwies, und der Fahrer hat sich tausend Mal entschuldigt. Die Lieferanten sind allgemein immer super freundlich. PS: Ich habe bisher Pasta, Aufläufe, Reisgerichte und süße Crêpe sowie Pommes mit Dip bestellt, das war immer top."

"Mein Mann und ich gehen regelmäßig dort essen und sind immer wieder begeistert über das sehr leckere und frisch zubereitete Essen und die freundliche Mannschaft. Es wird auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Nicht nur wir sind dort Stammgäste. Wir sehen immer wieder andere Gäste regelmäßig. Im Sommer kann man sehr schön im Biergarten sitzen. Im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"The restaurant is within walking distance to Reinbeker Train Station. A menu consisting of Papadam with two dips, a soup, a salad, three different meat dishes, a dessert and Naanbrot is available here for about € 20.00 per person. The price ratio is really good. The lunch table is also delicious, well visited and attractive. We find a really good service and delicious food in this restaurant. With humor and a lot of heart blood, local Indian food is served here. We have long discussed whether we have awarded three or four stars, because we did not find the ambience and the wines so well. In contrast, the food and the service convince. Since there are no three and a half stars, we round up and award four stars to the restaurant."

We would have understood it without problems if the service had denied our request. "Leider hat das Mr. Kebab echt nachgelassen ... teilweise ist das Falafel noch nicht durch gewesen die Bedienung ist teilweise unfreundlich ... wirklich Schade! Am Anfang war alles super lecker. Dieses mal, wie ich gesehen habe, neue Mitarbeiter war, alles haotisch. Zwei letzten mal Falafel war ok, schmeckt aber nicht gut und dritten Mal Falafel einfach zu groß geworden und nicht durch gewesen. Und komische Geschmack hat. Ich kaufe dort selten. Am Anfang war sehr zufrieden. Ich habe das abends nach Hause mit gennomen. Nach paar Stunde war mir schlecht. Starkes Durchfall gewesen. Und Magenschmerzen. So das ich muss morgens frühe privat Arbeit und Physiotherapie Termin absagen. Das ist Sauerei. Aber müssen wir leider eine schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen. Wir dachten, dass wir endlich einen tollen Döner Laden in Reinbek haben. Dürüm Döner hat meiner Tochter gefällt. Saucen sind immer gut. Frische Salate! Am Anfang Falafel war die beste in Stadt. Jetzt einfach bää. Ich errinere wenn euch beim neu Öffnung probieren gegeben. Das war total lecker. Die Mitarbeiterin selbst war von Geschmack begeistert, wie gut das war Na schade. Wenn ich dieser Richtung selten bin, ich will essen und deswegen nehme schnell was leckeres mit, wie ich gedacht habe. Jetzt nur Dürüm oder Reis mit Salate und Sauce. Nie wieder Falafel."
