"In general, I tend not to consult the favorite restaurants on tripadvisor when I return. After today's visit, I'll think about it before I start again. We have already come here several times and it has always been very well, so we decided to give up other interesting options for this old favorite. I don't know what was wrong, but after sitting and waiting 20 minutes to be served, we then waited for 25 more to get our food. It may not seem long but a) the restaurant was not so busy b) it is mid-August, so it should be relatively quiet c) a group of five who arrived after us ate before I decided to ask if we were going to have food. The fact is, if I hadn't gone to ask, they wouldn't have brought our food. a very bad customer service experience with rather lame excuses and the offer of coffee at home, my glass of wine was finished before the food, mainly cheese on toasted bread, arrived. After continuing the order, another staff member in pure the fawlty towers style asked if we were ready to order. Once I read some of the other "elogy writers," everything began to have a little more meaning. So to summarize what was one of our usual, slow, chaotic and chaotic densities."
