"Es ist ein einfaches Restaurant, schön dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut Bürgerlich.Das Rindsfilet war auf den Punkt und das Cordonbleu wie ein Cordonbleu sein soll. Ich hatte das X das genügte mir. Wer riesigen Hunger hat kann das XL nehmen, das braucht aber fast Mut ;-)Falls ich einen Punkt kritisieren müsste, dann war der Kaffee, resp. der Espresso nicht so toll.. aber über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten.Ich danke dem Team für den schönen Abend."

"Wir sind zum xten Mal dorthin gegangen und wurden bisher noch nie enttäuscht. Aus unserer Sicht authentische griechische Küche mit einer riesigen Auswahl (abends - mittags etwas eingeschränkt aber auch günstiger!). Getränke und Salat folgen sofort nach Bestellung, der Hauptgang nach weiteren 10 Minuten. Die Platten sind wie immer hervorragend. Der Schweinefilet-Spiess war etwas zu stark durchgebraten, aber trotzdem lecker. Das Servicepersonal ist männlich, aber fix und aufmerksam. Das Lokal ist innen seit Jahren gleich, etwas eng bestuhlt, aber das ist nach meiner Erfahrung in griechischen Lokalen so üblich.Wir gehen gerne wieder!"

"we had come at the end of a long day when we were recently on a trip to Rhinefelden and were tired and hungry. other restaurants turned us away because we had no booking, but this restaurant (without free tables) pulled out a replacement. table for us, put a cloth, lit a candle and set it up for us before location. we were very impressed by the service and friendly Can-do' attitude, but when that came, we were even more impressed. my partner ordered a seafood salad that was beautifully presented with seafood, and my vegetarian ravioli was delicious. we were impressed by the way the waiter left a large wooden pick grinder on our table and a dish rubbed parmesan so that we could add our own flavor. this is the type of service we expect internationally, but in German restaurants often lacks very recommended for a wonderful meal. we also noticed that there was a great waiting queue of people who waited for tables, were obviously not the only ones who very rate this restaurant."

"During a stay in the area we decided to give this place a try. It wasn't very busy and that on a Friday but it looked interesting with a lot of separate small sitting areas around a central bar. Service didn't take too long but...the dish with the schnitzel looked somewhat disappointing. The partially greasy schnitzel had a flaky coating which was already coming off when it was served, the veggies and potatoes didn't exactly look appealing. They probably tried to distract me with the chopped parsley that was all over the plate. Not seen that since the With a disappointing first impression the meal itself didn't make up that. Schnitzel was a bit tough, the overcooked veggies and undercooked potatoes were bland. It's not exactly the most difficult food to make but this must have been the worst experience in a long time"

"Wir waren zu fünft da. Alle hatten Steak bestellt. 3 hatten Pommes und andere Kroketten. Salat dazu gibt es nicht im Preis mit dazu sondern kostet extra. Ich fragte ob man die Hälfte Kroketten und Pommes haben kann damit jeder was davon hat. Das geht in anderen Restaurants und jeder hat dann von beidem viel auf dem Teller. Die Bedienung sagte nein geht nicht aber einer einer kann ja Kroketten nehmen und die anderen Pommes damit man teilen kann. Als mein Teller kam dachte ich : da ist aber wenig drauf. Ich wollte schon aufstehen und gehen. So enttäuscht war ich. 1 Steak und nicht mal 10 kleine Kroketten. Mehr nicht. Und diese 10 Kroketten sollen wir dann teilen? Auch die Portion Pommes war eine Kinderportion. Da hatte dann nicht jeder von allem auf dem Teller. Unser Sohnemann hatte einen Kinderteller. Er liebt Pommes und Nuggets aber davon war er nicht begeistert. Also wenn ich Nuggets mache schmecken die. Als wir fertig waren war ich so was von enttäuscht.Der Preis war teuer für ganz wenig Beilagen und Salat musste man extra dazu bezahlen. Bei anderen ist der im Preis drin.Zu Hause hatten wir noch Hunger und haben uns ein Eis aus dem Kühlfach geholt.Dort wollten wir keines essen. Wäre bestimmt ein Minieis gewesen und teuer.Nein Danke. Da waren wir einmal und nie wieder. Da fahre ich lieber nach Sallneck - da habe ich wenigstens den Teller voll fürs Geld und man ist dort nicht enttäuscht wenn das Essen kommt.Dort bekommt man eine ganze Platte voll Pommes und Kroketten."

"Wir hatten Pizza, Pasta und Pommes. Die Pizza hatte einen dünnen knusprigen Boden, eine Leckere nicht zu dominante Tomatensoße und einen frischen Belag. Die Pasta waren sehr lecker mit eine hausgemachten Soße. Die Pommes mega, hat noch nie solch guten Pommes, unbeschreiblich. Ambiente ist gewöhnungssache, war mal eine Lagerhalle, ist aber liebevoll umgebaut, hat eine Spieleecke für Kinder und viele Parkplätze vor der Türe. Service nett und immer da. Preise völlig OK."

"We've been to this restaurant a few times and we were never disappointed! It's close to the Swiss border, so very easy to reach from Switzerland. The portions are well sized and reasonably priced we never left hungry or broke : The atmosphere is...very cozy and peaceful. Although the place is always busy it's never crowded or loud. Check out the shared platters for or persons they are tasty and offer a variety of different dishes in one (beef, pork, duck etc and include starters and dessert."

"this time we went to the German location rheinfelden for dinner. we choose el poncho because of the reviews of the meat. as an appetizer we had the artichock hearts with vineagrette. not recommended. too much and husseld, so it was a latge. swallow and definitiw no appetite look. the warm mushrooms in spicy sauce were good. as if we took the “hüftsteak” (only steak) and the filet mignon. the first was served with a small salat (many mayonaise on it.) as next order we have taken a fries. the wee, a malbec, was very good. for the rest; the meats are good, but the rest is bad to average. the interieur is slightly outdated and the staff does not seem very interested in the guests. but as I said, if you want to eat only an excellent piece of meat, we can recommend el poncho"
