"the children's programs are mega! so whoever is looking for a hotel where the children are well looked after and also looking for different attractions is right here! you don't have to take winds, no damp towels, no children wcs, no travel beds everything is available in every stage and almost in every corner there is a toilet. the hotel is clean and the rooms are perfectly cut for families! However, we were totally disappointed by eating, I do not understand the good reviews to eat at all (or there was a cooking change in the meantime! . we were past week 5 days in the hotel and to go on details so that they can understand it there was in the week lasagne that was totally salted. then gave rinderfilet and here the sauce was so salted that we were almost annoyed! the other guests felt that the same! every day blew to some extent for so long that they were so hard and inviolable. then gave some pizza and hey sorry, but I wonder what happened here that the pizza has become so! the pizza was totally dimmed and filthy! the teig was already wet and it was not a long time! so I would say anything but healthy kitchen! the selection of food especially in the evening and at midday is much too little for a 4 star hotel! you should offer meat, fish, wings, vegetarian etc. but here you were happy if you found anything at all! every day to offer 3 meal noodles with salted sauces is not appropriate! the desserts in the evening were also totally lean and in salatbuffet you should simply offer some iceberg salad or similar! it is no longer about “healthy to eat” but even the noodles you could not eat anymore! the food has unfortunately totally destroyed the entire impression of the hotel and is for us also a reason not to drive there anymore. pity, because the hotel is really great and the wellness area doesn't leave any wish open! please urgently change the chef and urgently revise the menu otherwise you will lose more and more guests! for the night almost 300-500€ pay and then every day 2 times (noon and evening dry noodles to eat is not appropriate for a 4 star hotel in this price range!"
