"This osteria is unique in more than one way. It's located high above a very deep canyon in a beautiful village. The owner is a great sculptor and his work can be seen in a restaurant and in the village. They also make great liqueurs such as wild fennel limone you can buy. In a hot summer evening it was great to sit outside with a gentle wind blowing. Our antipasto was mind blowing at least 10 different salumis plus cheeses and a dish called Pallotte cac e ov (cheese and egg balls in a red sauce). Our pasta was delicious Chitarra in salsa di zafferano e salsiccia con ricotta stagionata affumicata di pecora but it can be too much after a generous antipasto. Luckily we had a possibility to take the house digestivo one of the liqueurs. A great evening and truly genuine food."
