"Wir waren einem Samstag Abend in entsprechendem Restaurant bei guter Auslastung. Die Essensbestellung war relativ unspektakulär, Filet Mignon, Pommes, Beilagensalat. Der Service war per se sehr freundlich, die Wartezeit auf Service, Essen, Rechnung sehr gut.Leider scheint auch hier in Zeiten von Handhelds die Sitte vorzuherrschen von mehreren Mitarbeitern bedient zu werden. Einer bringt die Karte, einer nimmt die Bestellung auf, einer serviert, ein anderer wiederum fragt ob alles ok ist. Die perfekte Möglichkeit das halbe Servicepersonal kennenzulernen. Dabei waren allerdings alle freundlich.Die Qualität des Essens war in Ordnung, allerdings auch kein Highlight. Die Anrichteweise war etwas 90er, auf überdimensionierten quadratischen Tellern. Dabei dürfen die obgliatorischen Dekostreifen aus reduzierten Balsamico aus der Flasche natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Die "Steak"-Pommes durchschnittliche TK Ware. Das Fleisch von der Qualität sehr gut, leider am Garpunkt (medium) knapp vorbeigeschrammt und etwas blutig. Sei's drum. In einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass es Tischwäsche und höherwertige China Ware und Besteck gegeben hätte. Weiterhin erinnert die Speiskarte eher an eine Autobahnraststätte des Vertrauens, als ein höherwertiges Steak House.Insgesamt eine solide Leistung in einem "oK"-Ambiente. In der traurigen Rostocker Gastrolandschaft sicherlich noch eine der besseren Adressen."

Ich habe eine kleine Portion Pommes und ein kleines Schnitzel gehabt und bin total satt geworden! Gerade das mit dem Bus als Küche macht das ganze noch interessanter. Vielleicht könnte man noch Sonnenschirme aufstellen damit man nicht so in der prallenden Sonne sitzt aber sonst war alles perfekt! Auch die Mitarbeiterin war super nett und hat nicht so geredet als wäre da ein großer Unterschied zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer! Man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder kommen."

Ich hoffe immer noch, dass der Koch sich in den Zutaten etwas vertan hat und ich keine alte, gestreckte Soße bekommen habe.
