We took the menus at 39.80. a welcome plate with fish rillette and small peas mousse, crepes with sea spider, foie gras, lamb square, supreme of pigeon, opera and fresh strawberry tulip. we can only recognize that very good products are used. The meat is excellent, the chef makes sauces to fall, the sorbets are craftsmen also c is sure. if you really had to say something maybe another more fresh entry would make the menu more balanced, it's excellent but rich.
