"Eight people went to Goa for dinner. The food was typically Indian spicy, warming and consistently delicious, the proportion of sauce was a bit generous at times, the pieces of meat in the duck dish were a bit limited (4 small parts). I can only describe the service as subpar: After we were initially greeted in a friendly manner, the tide turned and we had to wait for food: two hours with the caveat that two of the group had their soup after an hour and an iceberg heavy salad a little later with little dressing. In addition, several guests who arrived later were served beforehand. We received no apology, no explanation or perhaps a free drink or a discount for the long wait, not even when we asked politely, just short or curt answers saying that the boss had already gone home. That just doesn't work! Looking at the previous reviews, we must have had a very bad day, with staff replaced and/or overwhelmed. In our opinion, after yesterday's experience, a visit with at least several people is not recommended."
