Excellent, rich breakfast buffet.Restaurant: Is between good and very good to class, you understand your craft. Also on weekdays a reservation cannot hurt, the restaurant is also very popular with locals for family celebrations. Rustic Thüringer Hausmannskost with a few exotic accents, e.g. an extra Matjeskarte.The overall package is definitely worth 5 stars. If we're back in the area, we'll be happy to come back here."
