"I've been a professional chef from a young age. I made restaurants. Trust me just three weeks ago, I wasn't contaminating this place. when I went to eat and make a good deal with the manager. It's amazing I had the chance to visit the kitchen. and see that the burgers breads are made home with overcrowded butter. the meat chopped fresh every day in the drop account at the crisis level. omelettes to compose yourself. worthy of an omelette of a starred chef, fish meats, elbow oil. compose your pates with fresh vegetables. no cans except the concentrated Essentials of Fresh Egg Tomato... Daytime Fresh Fish No Frozen Apart from the Ice. The deserts are home, and I forget... very important. the homemade fries cut out of hand. ..the homemade sauces be it Mayonese has the sauce of the day. brief. I'd keep pages when the management's sympathy. cleanliness of sympathy. Even if there is a bit of waiting it really is worth the rainy blow than looking for an industrial burger. A new restaurant. has the irreproachable hygian. a welded team and listened to the client. cook always listens .. he will also make you your weddings. It's all negotiated. a simple kitchen has a more noble kitchen...I forget the couscos make home. the semoule cooked three times has steam. with quality meat. And we're cheating on him. I'm really meeting you with this restaurant. which deserves its place in the large tables worthy of this name on our beautiful St. The beautiful days are coming and there's a ****."

"This restaurant has opened in October 2017 by the owner of the adjacent and established Restaurant Nota Bene . Nota Burger is focussed on burgers and home-made french fries and on a younger target group than the older brother next-door. The interior is less comfortable than Nota Bene, but fitting to the roots of the working class city Saint-Étienne e.g., brickstone walls). Another hint pointing on the younger target group are the USB plugs to load smartphones and the free wifi. To differentiate itself from the many kebab and burger places in the city, Nota Burger intends to put a focus onto high-quality and local incredients for the food. The restaurant goes out to campaign with fresh vegetables delivered freshly every morning), local bread and meat, and self-made French fries. Indeed, the fries and the burger at least the vegetarien one) are very tasty and make the restaurant worth a visit. The drawback that I see in this restaurant: while it tries to appear ecologically sustainable in other points, the production of garbage is above-average: visitors get a tray with a paper pad after paying, the burger is then brought on another tray with a second paper pad, burger and fries are kept in further paper boxes, similar for the drinks. In addition, they use products from the big capitalist Nestlé : Summary: good food at a place for youngsters, details can be improved."
