"we ate here for lunch at a recent visit to France and were absolutely enthusiastic about our menu choice. the bottle of wine that we demanded was no longer on stock, but we were offered a similar wee for the same price and were very satisfied...with him. we went with one of the lunch menus and chose the lamb that came with an olive sauce and olive grove. they would think the olives would be overwhelmed, but that was not the case. the whole dish was a joy to eat and we were very happy not only with the food, but also with the final bill. in any case worth a visit."

"Saint Maximin is a pretty small village located in the Uzege (duchy of Uzes). Restaurant located in the center of the village with a terrace overlooking the street (very little traffic). The welcome is very warm, the chef comes to see you... at the level of dishes, presentation at the top (entrances, dishes and desserts) and taste succulent. A great moment of happiness. If Saint Maximin is part of the historic Uzes duchy, from the culinary point of view Uzès is part of the duchy of Saint Maximin."

"Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant en été 2016 et nous avions adoré. La cuisine de saison et le personnel très serviable nous ont donné envie d y retourner cette fois ci avec les enfants. Ayant téléphoné à midi pour réserver une table pour le même soir, nous nous réjouissions de dîner dans ce restaurant. Quelle surprise lorsque à notre arrivée, la serveuse d'une amabilité discutable nous dit que la réservation a été faite au lendemain soir..impossible pr nous car c était notre dernière soirée dans la région. La serveuse nous dit que tout est complet. Nous étions arrivés à 19h45 et certaines tables étaient inoccupée mais sûrement réservées comme celle que nous avions réservée. ..Le restaurant se trouve à qq mètres d un parking et la serveuse nous propose de mettre notre table dans le parking....quel glamour !Nous refusons...elle nous propose alors de nous mettre à l intérieur alors que le temps était magnifique....nous avons également refusé. ..et sommes partis bredouilles. Elle ne s est pas excusé 1x...a juste rétorqué que c était une erreur de communication alors que visiblement c était une erreur de compréhension.Nous avons été extrêmement déçus du manque de flexibilité et d empathie. ..nous n y retournerons pas."

"We stopped there little convinced by the restaurants we used to in the Paris region: léon, buffalo grill, shortsize, campanile and I pass, and were very pleasantly surprised. The buffets were fresh, the hearty dishes and the dessert buffet made me look great all night! We tasted fresh and yusu virgin mojito and loved them! The team is smiling and very welcoming, thanks again for this pleasant moment."
