"A special evening at Osteria Canali. For around thirty euros we were able to taste some delicious dishes, including an appetizer with aubergine parmigiana, broccoli meatball with hazelnut mayonnaise, potato with bran pepper and minestra strinta (i.e. the essence of the soup without the broth, with chicory and toast). For the second course, the choice could only fall on the bush pork, embellished with chestnut honey, and finally we were flattered by the dessert, which for my command was a tart with custard and hazelnuts, warm and fragrant. Not even the bitterness remained unscathed because it was really good. But now let's let the images do the talking."
