"We sat down as a family of 6 several tables free nothing to indicate that the restaurant had to be booked in advance. We sat for a while and were ignored so myself and daughter went to the bar only to be accosted by one of the waitresses who rudely asked where are we sitting I said around the corner to which she said no quite aggressively and walked away then a waiter came and said have you booked I said no and his reply was equally rude who said you must book I said we didn’t know he said there are 3 tables waiting so for us to leave despite at least 4 empty tables All we wanted were drinks (he didn’t know that as he didn’t ask)as they advertised there own craft beer but I wouldn’t go back there whatever the food was like as there are ways to speak to customers and they don’t deserve customers with that kind of attitude"

"Es el lugar perfecto para comer bien, y deliciosamente. Muchos años satisfaciendo a sus clientes, con una tradición consolidada. El servicio no solo es correcto sino especialmente complaciente, que sabe escuchar para atender las preferencias y “antojos” del cliente. Si se quiere quedar bien con unos amigos o invitados, este es el lugar idóneo para ello. El cordero es su punto fuerte. Sabor, calidad y elaboración estables durante años. Los aseos, siempre limpios y cuidados, son pequeños para el tamaño del establecimiento: 1 sola persona por sexo, y un lavabo externo, común. Con todo, eso no resta mérito a la función del restaurante, que tal vez se deba al crecimiento exitoso del negocio. Si cambia de local más espacioso, posiblemente el restaurante pierda su encanto. Enhorabuena a los fundadores y a la siguiente generación que continúa el legado."

"Vine con mi pareja después de leer opiniones en línea y ha sido una experiencia excelente. buena atención, buena comida y a un precio excelente. Bufé gratis asiático en una tarjeta que tienes en la mesa y estás pidiendo lo que quieres. todo fresco y delicioso. Hay una zona de postre con helado, fruta y algo más. "Chinese restaurant very well decorated and clean. it is advertised as a buffet but today they do not have it, it is only a letter. the very good and well presented food, perhaps for my drop something was missing. the super friendly treatment of all employees. something expensive compared to the Chinese of madrid. A star fell off since I ordered a coke and they brought me the jug without seeing the coke bottle. They give you a drink of rum honey when you finish eating."

"Wouldn't say it was the best Chinese in the world as some have claimed but it was very tasty and glad we went. Good potions and I very.much enjoyed my meal. I tried the spare ribs which were lovely and with a lovely sauce. You had 6 to a portion. My friend had the spring roll which seemed a popular choice going by either tables. The chicken curry, prawn curry and chicken fried rice were delicious. I spied my neighbours having sweèt and sour chicken and I think that will be my next choice. Looked lovely. Very reasonable prices. 2 starters, 2 mains, portion of rice and a bottle of vine all came to €43. I'd recommend. Was lovely. Lots of reserved tables and filled up very fast so would recommend making a booking."

"Uno de nuestros sitios preferidos en Maspalomas. Todos los años que venimos nos gusta visitar este local. Es un pequeño restaurante con mucho encanto donde sirven tapas elaboradas con mucho gusto. La atención es encantadora. Es aconsejable reservar con tiempo. Nos hicieron hueco un día pero nos fue imposible contactar para reservar para ir a cenar otro día,y cuando contactamos ya estaba completo para los días que nos quedaban en la isla. "Came in for a quick breakfast. Two eggs with bacon and toast for 3.95. A large glass of orange juice for €3.70. Service was alright until I paid in cash. After waiting for fifteen minutes, my change of around €3 still hadn't arrived and I had to ask for it. After another five minutes, it was finally there. It is better to let the guests decide if they want to leave a tip or not and not assuming that the change is automatically a tip. So, avoid the hassle and pay by card."

"Arriving at shortly after 8pm, a table was made ready for my wife and I on the balcony and a menu provided. The waiter seemed full of bonhomie and we looked forward to eating in El Toro. Quickly the apparently only waiter returned to take our order. A wine list was not offered and I was told I could have Spanish red Rioja, which arrived cold. We then waited half an hour, with no approach by the waiter to explain or apologise for the delay for our starter to share, a simple bowl of nachos. On pointing out to the waiter as he visited another table that we had been waiting for something so simple as a bowl of nachos, his response was ‘What? Half and hour?” On saying that the service was not good, particularly for such a simple starter, and that we were not prepared to wait any longer he said “It’s not my fault” twice and walked off before I could discuss further. After another five minutes, our starter arrived, not a bowl of nachos, but a plate which quite clearly had been thrown together following my complaint. Our order had been forgotten I’m sure. The guacamole was a liquid sauce as was the chilli sauce and the sour cream was frozen. I tried to say to the waiter that as the front of house representative his customer skills were lacking and there had been no attempt to apologise or offer an explanation other than it not being his fault. I told him we no longer wanted our meal but would pay for what we had received. “You’re not my father” was his response as he walked off again. We tried to eat the nachos but the desire had gone when the waiter returned after another five minutes to say our food was ready. I reminded him we didn’t want the food as advised earlier. He then said “Pay the bill and get out”. We left the nachos half eaten, the wine half drunk as well as the bottle of water. We went to pay for what we had and asked to see the manager, who the waiter was quick to say wasn’t there. However, the cashier listened to our complaint, forgave the bill and called over the waiter to discuss our problem. The man was most aggressive calling us ‘stupido’ and refusing to listen even to his colleague. What a miserable hour we spent there."

"Very nice place, which we can fully recommend. We visited as a family (grandparents, mum and toddler) and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The tapas were very nice and the catch of the day was very fresh! We also had the seafood paella and creme de Catalan, which was very nice. As it is directly at the beach the atmosphere is great for a relaxed summer lunch or a few drinks with tapas in the evening."

"the penalty: the atmosphere and the decoration on the terrace that is very normal, pallet woods, without seeing anything, bar tables, without tablecloths, or cloth napkins. dishes to share ridiculous in terms of quantity the old drawer is for oblivion. fried and with spicy sauce, I have tried much better than the dry burger invites you out, if necessary, for more than to consume and for an hour to return to the table. not a detail has had with us, not a cup, not a shot, etc. not to be lost, but it is a detail in a tale of about 300€ glory: there was room available to book- it did not take, nothing between dish and dish- the service is correct, right- the bread (which collects it apart and Iberian secret is of the best. summarize: it deserves a second chance, maybe it was not the best day."

"This place looks lovely and quaint from the street so we decided to give it a go. You have a choice of sitting inside in the large, spacious restaurant or out on the long, partially enclosed terrace, we chose the terrace. The staff were attentive and friendly. The ambience is accentuaed by the soulful voice of the live singer inside the restaurant. Now the food… OMG!!!… the food ! My wife had octopus and said it was the best she had ever had. I had ribs. They were cooked to perfection. The meat literally fell of the bones. So juicy and tender. If i could give this place 6 stars i would. Will definitely be back whilst here. Wife wants to try the salmon, and me the chicken. Eat here.. you will not be dissappointed."

"Just been to have a meal in this restaurant.As we had heard so many good reviews we decided to have 'The menu of the Day '. In fact the meals were pretty good considering the cost.However the let down was one of the waiters,not a very pleasant chap and as it was getting busy ,we decided to ask for tye bipp as then a table would be freeded up. No bill,asked for it again,no joy.Got the person in charge of getting customers to go into the restaurant by mimicing I need the bill across the restaurant. Bill then delivered,wanted to pay by card so 5 mins later,machine was slammed ontothe table by misery guts. Swiped card,misery off to attend to other matters. Eventually had to take machine to person in charge to finish off transaction. Shame rant over"

Los platos estaban bien elaborados aunque la ensalada de anacardos y fideos fritos no estaba muy rica (le quitaría los fideos que se sienten muy mal en el paladar y pondría un buen quesito) esto es muy personal pero bueno, tampoco traía anacardos porque al parecer no les quedaban. "beachfront restaurant. The area is the best thing there is. The seafood paella is good, but it's made with a boat fumet, I think for the price it has could improve that. Of course, for those who are not used to eating paella, you will know wonderfully. very rich wrinkled potatoes. The attention of all the waiters was 10, especially the alcohol (I think it is written so that it treated us wonderfully by putting a bit of humor and joy to any day. they are quick to take out dishes. I don't put a 5-star on it because you're bent with the igic. I read it in one of the reviews before I came and I thought they had rectified it. It is illegal that it is not included in the letter, but more illegal is that nowhere in the letter is reflected that it will be charged. I attach a ticket as I will send it to consumption, as it seems to me a hair hood. I could have asked for the claim book, but only x the attention received was not a plan to invent it. However, since I am not the only comment that emphasizes it I will send it through the record."

"Fuimos a una hora en la que aún no estaba abierto, el camarero nos dijo que se abría a las 18:00, y que por la zona estaba todo cerrado, pero se ofreció a darnos de comer, toda la zona esta pensada para los guiris por lo que al medio día están cerrados. "Misbah is the only Indian restaurant on Boulevard El Faro in Meloneras about 5 km away from Playa del Ingles. This entire area is more posh than Maspalomas. Being veg we had Veg Pakora, Palak Paneer, Dal Tarka and Tandoor Rotis with a Chardonnay wine. The food was really very good and so was the wine. In desert when we ordered Pista Kulfi, it turned out to be Pista ice cream. The location was excellent right on promenade facin ocean and ambience was top class. However there was some problem with service. The Asian staff was not warm at all and little egoistic in their approach while local Spainish staff was very warm and served with a smile on their face. Though it deserved five stars but I decided to give one less due to its service. Still worth visiting..."

"The second star is for Paul outside! Was very excited about eating here until me and my friends were ignored for 20 minutes. A couple came in after us and immediately served their drinks plus a basket of bread. Again my table didn’t receive this and were again ignored, when we finally ordered our drinks these took another 25 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes later the very abrupt waitress took our order, i repeated the way in which I wanted my steak cooked 3 times which was medium well done and she repeated this back to me. When my food came it was medium rare and still had a pulse, the waiter then told me it was cooked medium rare, I sent this back and AGAIN waited 20 minutes for them to bring me whole new steak, by this time it was 9:25 and we had already been seated over a hour. I left the restaurant unfed and when I asked for the bill the waiter complained that I was not prepared to pay for the steak that I did not get. The waiter began talking to us in a very abrupt manner as he wasn’t happy about this. He then returned with the updated bill on which there was a €4.50 charge for bread that we did not order, eat or receive due to being forgotten about. I would not come here again due to all of the above, Paul who works outside bringing customers in has been let down by the waiting staff never again, only plus was Paul outside. I will also add that the waiters ignored 3 tables of British people but ere happy to give 5* service to local residents"

"We had passed by when we first arrived and we were greated by Josef who told us it was a lovely restaurant. We promised to return. Tonight we did just that, and he remembered us. After being here for a week now, this was the best meal we had all week. The sirloin steak was ordered rare and it did not disappoint!!!!! Delicious, good presentation. My granddaughter ordered the tacos and she loved them. My partner had a pizza and he said it was perfect texture and delicious. All staff were pleasant with good sense of humour. Thank you Jusef for inviting us in. You are the best. Thank you to the chefs."
