"This restaurant has all the ingredients of a top Italian eatery and offers a good selection of great pizze as far as the menu is concerned. However, my last 2 pizze were only luke-warm when served and at room temperature when only eaten by a third. This is unexcusable because the Mozzarella had hardened to an uneatable degree. The waiter didn't care and never asked if the meal was liked. Please consider to use pre-heated plates and the use of heat lamps if there is a time lag between a meal coming out of the oven and the ability of the waiter to serve it."
