"This restaurant was right next to our hotel, and after a long day of driving it was convenient. While the staff was very nice, the food itself was neither really Vietnamese nor that good. We live in Orange County, California which has a huge Vietnamese population and while I imagine it's hard to get real Vietnamese ingredients in Serres, France, I didn't really like the food here. To be fair, my wife thought it was better than I did, but I thought the meat tasted a bit suspect. Again, my expectations weren't that high, so I can't be too critical, and I've comparing this restaurant to others we visited on our trip and to Vietnamese restaurants here in California. For what it was, it was convenient and adequate."
