"Nice ambience based on the medieval flair, but unfriendly service. We decided on ice cream because the restaurant also advertised itself as a gelateria and ordered a banana split for €11 each. After a long wait, during which you can enjoy the life of the piazza, the ice cream was served to us without a saucer with a peeled banana and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a chocolate scoop. The absolute highlight, however, was the completely collapsed spray cream from the can (Aldi or Lidl product evidence of standing for so long! No sauce, no waffle and served with a fork the size of a salad! When you asked for a spoon, you got an incomprehensible face and were given a soup spoon (no misunderstanding! Every Italian ice cream parlor can do it better. This is the worst banana split we have ever eaten not recommended!!!"
