"Not easy to express a judgment. Assuming that I do not know the number of employees in the kitchen, a lunch by reservation, for 8 people, even if the courses (10 to paper 3 fried) were different from each other, can not last for more than three hours. Some dishes really excellent and with good value quality price, such as topinambur, egg poché or braised.... Others too little, like the 12 ravioli or the single and mignon capounet: very well cared for the food... but not enough. The mixed fried, which has always been traditionally the strong dish of the local and that with the old management I have repeatedly appreciated, has remained very rich for variety but too thin the cutting of the different ingredients so as to be relegated after their frying.
