"Von dem Besuch war ich eher enttäuscht. Ich hatte mir einen Steak-Spieß bestellt, der dann senkrecht hängend! geliefert wurde mit einem Gestell. Das ließ sich auf dem Tisch nicht mehr unterbringen (arg eng bestuhlt), so dass ich das auf dem Fensterbrett nebenan auseinander nehmen musste. Präsentation ist ja schön und gut, aber hier ging das völlig daneben. Die Portionen waren zudem sehr übersichtlich, Kartoffeln (anstatt bestellt) waren ca. 150 g, das Gemüse ebenfalls nur 3-4 El voll. Die dazu gereichte Kräuterbutter war schon mal erwärmt und dann wieder abgekühlt worden, recht grießig und unangenehm. Der zum Schluss bestellte Espresso war nur lauwarm und zudem sauer. Was außerdem noch negativ auffiel, waren die zahlreichen Zusatzstoffe auf der Speisekarte, hier wird wohl nicht von Grund auf gekocht. Insgesamt kein Highlight!"

"We would like to thank the Solingen coffee house for the great hospitality at our wedding! Despite Corona, we had a very nice mini-feeier with the closest relatives at the top of the old-fashioned event room. Communication and organization in advance was very nice and unproblematic, although we had to plan 2x spontaneously with the constantly changing regulations. The food was super cost and all waitresses were always attentive and friendly. For us it was the perfect ambience and we are very happy with our decision to have celebrated our great day! And from our guests we only heard good things. Thanks again for everything!"

"I was just a short guest here and can recommend the Saray Ocakbasi for a diner in between. The guys are very friendly and fast, but not hectic and sell the goods at relatively good prices. My diner bag was crispy, but not black and filled with crispy fresh vegetables and well seasoned meat perfect. I'll be back."

"excellent restaurant with superior ambience, service and Turkish cuisine with modern handwriting. Appetizer: icli juices (10 10 best icli juices of my life. with a finely tuned tomato sauce and delicious garlic yogurt. for 9.50, 2 icli chefs at first glance are not much, but the taste, quality and dedication during dressing is worth all colors. kuzu dolma (910 also this court had almost no wish left open. a delicate pink fried lamb fillet with a spicy filling of pine nuts and perfectly lubricated leaf spinach. the sauce was also fresh with the taste, but a little more red wine in the sauce on the label red wine sauce would be perfect. otherwise everything is perfect. Dessert: künefe (10 10 is künefe, as I imagined it. Buttrig and not too sticky sweet. with kaymak the perfect addition and a crowning surface. have additionally ordered vanille eis, and this is also with the best vanille eis what I could try. Service (9.5 10 super nice, accommodating service. food came also in a reasonable, quite fast time. ambiente (10 10 better it is not for me measured on the concept of load. a total of 9.7 10."

"nach längerer Zeit war ich mal wieder in diesem sehr authentischem und unglaublich gemütlichem Lokal. Man sitzt quasi zwischen dem großen Pizzaofen und der Küche im Geschehen (wo das Holzgebälk als Raumtrenner wirkt) und damit dies auch verständlich rüberkommt KEINESFALLS ungemütlich, sondern eben sehr schön integriert und dennoch diskret. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Zur Küche wie gewohnt ausgezeichnet, vor allem meine geliebten Spaghetti Nero Seppia. Der Service passt zu dem wunderbaren Ambiente und verleitet Wohlfühlatmosphäre Gerne wieder, diesmal nicht wieder mit so langer Pause, versprochen"

No revelation but nothing to mecker.Also at the service was, except for the waiting when the dessert was taken up, nothing to complain.The place seemed a bit full but idyllic in the beautiful tomb.2 Major negative things: The price was really salted, so you expect more. Be it even more attentive service or not comparable food. The tapas were really overcrowded.The dessert was much too liquid. So Cream Catalana was more of a sauce. Since I unfortunately don't know if the preparation is so correct, no star deduction for it.Vegetarian options: There was too little for vegans or vegetarians. Of course, the country's kitchen is not designed for it, but it would be cool to see a development in the direction. Parking: I don't think there are private parking spaces."

"Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort, wir haben uns sehr auf dieses Restaurant gefreut, da die Bewertungen sehr gut waren. Leider war das Essen nicht sehr gut, ich hatte das Filetsteak mit Pommes , das Fleischstück war schon sehr klein als es kam . Ich würde schätzen 150gramm . Dann war alles komplett versalzen. Ich habe wirklich ein Stück gegessen und einem Mitarbeiter probieren lasse, er bestätigte das , dass Essen versalzen war. Habe es auch reklamiert, wo leider nur gesagt wurde , wir würzen immer sehr stark. Bei vielen waren die Pommes versalzen , bei einigen war das Essen auch sehr gut. Ich würde nicht nochmal hingehen, da dass Essen einfach nicht gut war . Die Burger wurden von den anderen als gut bezeichnet. Ich kann daher nur einen Stern geben , hätte fürs Essen auch 0 gegeben , wenn es möglich gewesen wäre . Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend , aber die Reklamation wurde nicht erst genommen, daher nur 3 Sterne"

"we visited the beer garden on a super nice warm autumn day and could get a place in the beer garden. the waiter greeted also kindly, but in the following forty minutes we could not give up any order. the personal was completely overwhelmed with the operator and did not come after at all. we left this locally and are somewhere else. Conclusion: we will no longer visit this locally, as too many visitors are set to little personal."

"Das Brandys liegt sehr zentral in Solingen gelegen. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe und auch die Busanbindungen liegen fast vor der Tür. Wir gehen gerne zum Essen, Fußball schauen oder einfach nur so ins Brandys. Die Mischung aus Restaurant, Sportsbar Kneipe ist gut gelungen. Das Essen war bisher immer gut, ausreichend und lecker. Auch die Speisekarte sollte für jeden was hergeben. Es handelt sich hierbei um einen “Mischbetrieb“ wenn man diese bedenkt und sich darauf einlässt gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Fußball Fans kommen hier auf Ihre Kosten und können die Spiele von mehreren Punkten aus verfolgen. Das Personal ist schnell, aufmerksam, freundlich und für Scherze zu haben. Wir gehen hier immer wieder gerne hin und werde es auch weiterhin machen. Einen kleinen Vorschlag hätte ich zum Schluss doch noch. Zu gewissen Fußballspielen würde ich einen Mindestverzehr einführen. Alle die meckern sollte bedenken SKY und DAZN ist für die Gastronomie nicht gerade billig und muss auch bezahlt werden, wenn der Ball nicht rollt Wem es nicht gefällt darf sich gerne ein Privates Abo holen. Ist dann halt nur etwas teurer als nur EIN Getränk im Lokal"

"great cozy restaurant : the sauces for the pastas are homemade (you can really taste it! , the personal is really beautiful and gives good advice, portions are really big and there are a lot of decisions in the menu (for pizzas and pastas). "On a short, evening trip to Solingen we decided to stay for dinner and selected the Gasthaus Weegerhof as our venue. We rang a couple of hours earlier to book a table for 4 . On arrival, shortly after 8 in the evening it was clear that the booking wouldn 't necessarily have been needed. The place was quiet and we had the full attention of the friendly, chatty waiter. The menu was quite an extensive one based on German and Croatian cuisine. It was hard to make a final choice. I personally had a potato cream soup with chanterelles (pfifferlingen as a starter followed by a very tasty veal liver presented in the Berliner art with mashed potatoes and cooked apple wedges with roasted onions on top. My first choice of a roasted pigs knuckle (Schweinshaxe unfortunately wasn 't available that evening. No problem. All of us enjoyed our various main courses and we particularly appreciated the willingness to adapt some of the items on the menu to fit our preferences. For dessert we shared nicely presented apple strudel and pancakes (Palatschinken with ice cream. And as a special treat we were gifted little glasses of Croatian cherry liquor, Visnjevaca which was delicious. The whole experience was excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this place and I 'm sure that we 'll be back when we come this way again."

"We have ordered in the Corona Pandemie situation here to lunch due to the numerous good reviews. I found it very tasty and the price performance also okay. Cleanliness looked very good at first glance! I want a star for it, because I want a better ventilation for this place. I was there for 45 seconds to pay for my finished food and my jacket has been smelling fat for days. Don't think how to smell when you eat in the restaurant. It also clamps on high Nievau from me. Clearly recommended for food."
