"Staying in Sos and what a lovely surprise to have this wee bistro on our doorstep. We had drinks on Sunday, read the menu & returned this evening . Set price menu was good value but we went off piste & chose from the menu which wasnt big but enough choices for both of us. Service was always with a smile, food was better than we could have hoped & the frites alone were worth returning for ( must have been fried in duck fat) . We ate 'interior' as weather has been changeable. It was lovely, bright & cheerful with some nice but unobtrusive music . We had a carafe of local wine & a wee armagnac with our coffee. Other tables were occupied by visitors & locals. A great way to spend a Tuesday evening & we will be back before we leave Sos."
