"Went here for a roast, the cauliflower cheese was delish, however everything else was just a little disappointing sadly. I got the celeriac roast. Firstly, the Yorkshire puddings were undercooked, not crispy at all. The gravy was way to sharp and had a funny taste to it, so considering they dosed like the whole plate with it, it just wasn’t that nice. They only gave one carrot on the entire plate aswell, and I don’t know considering how expensive it was I was expecting i but more of a thoughtful plate of food. Beer was nice and from a local brewery, but be prepared to pay £6.90 !! for a pint. Meat looked good and well cooked on my friends plate but honestly I don’t think I’ll be paying another visit anytime soon."
