"Once seated, we were left waiting for quite a while until we asked to place our order. Unfortunately, several items we wanted were unavailable, so we had to choose something else. I inquired about Prosecco and was told they didn’t serve it, although it was clearly listed on the menu.
While the food was above average, it couldn’t make up for the poor treatment we received, especially on such a significant occasion. We ended up leaving without enjoying our night, feeling frustrated and undervalued. I've shared my experience with many people in Jersey about how disappointing it was to travel from abroad and be treated this way."
