"We went for Sunday roast, the staters were amazing! Venison shoulder and bruschetta. The mains took more than hour and a half to come, a table that ordered after ours was served first. When the order arrived they didn't bring the sides, we had to ask for more, we were 3 and they brought sides for 2 people only. They didn't offer more water or drinks, didn't picked up the dishes when we finished, or offered the dessert menu. I understand that the place can get busy but water/drinks and picking up the dishes are basics. They were focused on cleaning the other tables to get them ready for the next service, I get that it's all cool. But we felt forgotten, it was quite unpleasant. The food was very good and the place is nice, the problem was everything else. I wouldn't drive 40min and spend £30pp again.
