"After placing an order for delivery from Ovilash, we were informed that they were busy and the estimated delivery time was around 90 minutes. However, the food did not arrive until 3 hours later, with part of the order missing. After contacting them, they brought the missing items around 45 minutes later, but the food was cold upon arrival. We felt that we were charged an excessive amount for our order, and upon calculating it ourselves, we discovered that we were overcharged by £16. When we reached out to Ovilash to address this issue and request a refund, we were told that they were about to close for the day. Despite our attempts to follow up, we have not received any communication from Ovilash regarding the money owed to us. As a result, we have decided not to dine at this restaurant again, despite being regular customers for years. We are extremely disappointed with this experience."
