"Myself and my sister took mum for afternoon tea. They were all prepared for it being her birthday and brought an additional birthday cake and bubbles. The setting was classic and luxurious with large soft chairs. With gentle piano music in the background it was a truly relaxing afternoon of quiet chatting and gently getting through the delicious tea and cakes. The scones were hot and freshly made. I would have expected to pay more for the quality of food and service."
