"We made a reservation for our group of 10 about a month in advance for lunch at this restaurant. It was our first time dining here, chosen because it was conveniently located halfway between two households and the food looked appealing. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the nice ambiance of the pub. A young red-haired girl showed us to our table and took our drink orders. Initially, only my husband and I were there, as the others were delayed by heavy traffic. When the rest of our party arrived, we selected our meals and waited for our server to take our orders. Unfortunately, the service was slow as it seemed she was the only one serving. The food arrived with about a five-minute gap between the first and last dishes, but it was all delicious. We had planned to have dessert but decided against it as some of our group needed to be elsewhere by 4pm. The lack of staff hindered the overall service experience, but we left a tip as our server was clearly doing her best under the circumstances. The food was lovely, but service could have been better with more staff on hand."
