"Having used the Carluccios brand to dine in on my occasions. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I feel sorry for the kitchen team as the food was good however the service of Danielle was appalling. On presenting my bill I did explain about the poor service to her reply I am just having one of those say. Shocking."
