"Never disappoints. The Risotto with prawns and asparagus is a must that should be added to the visit of the city of Tolentino. Excellent also the fried cod in tempura along with some vegetables, onions, peppers and zucchini. The taranthin mussels, instead, compared to the times forgotten, were less tasty perhaps for the use of onion than garlic"

"This is a friendly family run Resturant. It is situated just of the main square. The locals eat here weekends so it is wise to book a table especially if you would like to eat outside. The menu is not large but extremely good. The pasta dishes are very large and the mains can be shared as these are also large portions. I had a salad which was enough for four of us. The house wine is very good value. The staff are helpful although and speak English."

"Ristorante da Rosa is an excellent option for lunch if you are visiting the Abbey of Chiaravalle di Fiastra. We came for the abbey but we were very pleased that, on a whim, we stayed on for lunch. We shared the carbonara al tartufo (truffles) and the home-made ravioli both of which were good but the highlight was a broad bean side dish. The servings, whilst not large, were perfectly adequate for us for lunch. Pasta dishes were 8€ -12€. The inside dining room is quite large and open but we opted to sit outside on the patio area. Big umbrellas provided plenty of shade and the balcony was covered with masses of multi-coloured petunias. On a sunny day, with a glass of wine this was very pleasant indeed."

"Il menù prevede la scelta su 3 antipasti, 4 primi, 3 secondi e i dolci della casa. Diverse tipologie di pane fatte direttamente da loro ed un'ottima lista di vini. I prodotti offerti sono locali. Insieme al menù sono stati offerti dalla casa dei piccoli assaggi veramente squisiti. Atmosfera familiare e locale ben curato hanno reso la cena ancora più piacevole! Consiglio vivamente di provarlo. Dato il piccolo numero di tavoli disponibili consiglio di prenotare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono."
