"Booked table at Medway Inn, easy enough, arrived at establishment, greeted by a young lady, informed her of booking, shown to table, drinks and food ordered at bar, 3 drinks £15(J2O, raspberry voddie n lemonade Shipyard ale). Asked if were members(sadly no, 10% discount for members) Food ordered, 2x Cow n chicken bun Tuna melt jacket spud, side of onion rings, £38.65, tuna melt spud was a hit with daughter, Cow n Chicken bun, never tried before, didn’t know what to expect, how ever was very nice, well cooked, ample portions of chips to accompany. Dessert ordered, sticky toffee pudding and custard hot chocolate fudge cake, both delicious. One criticism is that it states home made food, however cow (beef burger) tasted manufactured or shop bought, chips appeared manufactured or shop bought. On a personal note of my good lady myself, cow n chicken bun needed a cheeky wee cheese slice between burgers. All in all, great wee pub, delicious food, helpful and courteous staff, not the cheapest, but no where near expensive. Will visit again and recommend friend to use.
