"We visited 'The Osteria ' again several times while our stay at Il Colle. The menue list has changed a bit since Roberta left the Osteria for private reasons. Govanni, the new Chef d 'Cuisine, has prepared a wonderful list with new dishes which are all very good buonissimo! As the Osteria is a Slow Food Restaurant the dishes are all freshly cooked with local ingridiences. My wife has some allergies which are critical in the context of dairy products and histamin. The kitchen has managed 'our problems ' perfectly. Nicola, the Maitre, was an excellent communicator between my wife and the kitchen. Thank you very much, again. The wines of Il Colle and Il Casato are of course wonderful. We liked to order corresponding wines for the dishes. By the way, our favorite dish for this year was Porcetta."
