"I stayed here to celebrate completing the Great Glen Way, and being welcomed with a glass of champagne was the perfect way to conclude a long 21-mile trek from Drumnadrochit. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We did experience a small mix-up with our room assignment, ending up in an accessible room, but it didn't bother us at all. I really appreciated the staff's honesty about the situation, especially from Operations Manager Christopher. We also dined at the restaurant, which was outstanding—especially the dessert. There was a wide selection available for breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it if you're looking for a special place to stay."
