"Le Closeaux is in a lovely location between Vallieres and Souvigny. We were keen to eat outside to enjoy the sunshine and view, and to reduce Covid risk. Whilst everyone else chose to eat indoors the staff were happy to clean and lay an outdoor...table and provided excellent service throughout. The lunchtime menu is exceptional value 4 courses at 26E plus 2 delicious amuse bouches. We also appreciated that whilst we'd arrived on our bikes, we were treated with the same respect as smarter customers! Nb This was our 2nd attempt on this holiday the first time they were full so worth booking"

"les closeaux sits in the midst of fields and forests and offers a great environment for a relaxed eating. the menu is kreatiw while holding on some traditional lines, and offers a good choice for each taste. the desserts were also very good, and the wine list is excellent. the prices correspond to the quality of the food, the location and the excellent service."
