"Barbecue pub just outside Vernante with proposals of unconventional cuts (at least in Italy) but practically of cult in the States like bavetta, diaphragm and lombatello (flank steak, skirt steak and hanger steak) all treated perfectly both for preparation, marination and combinations that also for cooking of course (bagna cauda with vegetables contour super idea). There are also excellent appetizers far from discounted. Needless to talk about the great selection of beers prepared on site (fermentation vases well visible in the establishment) and able to cover all styles and tastes. Service with small attentions more than appreciated (covered basket filled with breadsticks, bread and focaccia) and price absolutely online and correct"
