"This is an authentic German institution. The food is very German. My wife loves this place mainly because of the Chicken Cordon Blue! I'm a big fan of German big men on the **** and the Don Juan coffee. I'm not a big fan of food, but that's because I'm not big on German food. If you are, you will like the food. The place is quite dated for my taste, definitely not a contemporary atmosphere. The service is very good and the restaurant is well run. If you see management on the ground, you know that they put more effort into customer service. Reservations would be easier if they got on Open Table. Overall his one place I definitely recommend especially for adults. I give him four stars because it's dated for my taste and I'm not a big fan of German food. I recommend you try and see how you like it. If you are from the city its unique experience not you regular national chain experience."

"Waren das erste Mal bei Ariston. Freitag Abend. Sind etwas später zu unserer Reservierung gekommen, hatten aber vorher angerufen und das stellte keinerlei Problem dar. Die Athmosphäre war eine sehr schöne. Irgendwie familiär und gemütlich. Eine Weinkarte lag an unserem Tisch mit schon gut ausgewähltem ausschließlich griechischen Wein. Für meinen Geschmack war leider keiner dabei, das liegt aber wohl daran, dass ich den griechischen Wein nicht so mag. Dafür hat mich das Essen umso mehr überzeugt. Alles war sehr schön und appetitlich angerichtet. Egal was aus der Küche über die Theke gereicht wurde, es sah verdammt lecker aus. Hier ein Lob an den Koch. Das Foto wurde leider erst nach 2-3Gabeln aufgenommen, deswegen nicht mehr sehr fotogen . Leider gab es nicht wirklich viel Zazikki dazu, die Menge war etwas auf Sparflamme (ein Eislöffel groß angesetzt. Schade, da er sehr lecker war. Der Service war schnell und ausreichend besetzt. Keine großen Wartezeiten und insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall angemessen. Zum Abschluss wurde uns ein Ouzo auf's Haus angeboten. Typisch, wie man es eben beim Griechen kennt. Wir mochten beide keinen Ouza und bekamen dafür einen Wassermelonenlikör. Etwas sehr gewöhnungsbedürftiges, aber man muss es probiert haben Gerne wieder!"

"Auf der Suche nach einem guten Cafe und ausgestattet mit einem 72h-Ticket der Wiener Linien sind wir hier gelandet. Auf dem Weg von der U-Bahn zum Cafe waren wir uns ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz sicher, ob das was wird - die Gegend ist halt - sagen wir mal - "anders". Das Cafe steht dann innen aber in der Tat in einem krassen Gegensatz zur Umgebung - ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen bunten Accessoires, die alle an Britannien angelehnt sind oder zumindest daran erinnern. Ob und inwieweit nun wirklich ein original englischer Tearoom hier erreicht wird, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen, aber wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Die Damen im Service sind total freundlich und unbeschwert locker, also ganz und gar nicht britisch steif, der Kuchen hervorragend, ebenso wie der Kaffee. Der Tee wird anständig im Kännchen serviert - allerdings im Teebeutel - das könnte man man noch verbessern. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Oase in einer nicht ganz so schicken Gegend, die dafür abseits des Mainstream liegt und mir daher total entgegen kam. Komme wieder!"

"Sehr schönes Lokal mit äußerst freundlichem Service. Wir hatten neben dem Wein, Gnocci und sehr gutem Nachtisch das beste Wiener Schnitzel überhaupt. Preis Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall auch. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Macht weiter so, Männer!"

"this little gem of a restaurant is only from the rennweg not far from the center meadow. the decor is simple, the atmosphere relaxed. it is popular with local and tourist. the menu is very Italian influenced with good choice. the pizzas are well stacked, not with. all stingy. the restaurant can occasionally be overcrowded, but in the rule they cannot disturb a table. do not expect any gentle light and sweet music, that is a good ground waving without arrog. the manager speaks excellent English, and the tiramisu is something from this world."

"We came here as a group of 15 people, obviously not an easy crowd. We were seated outside and most of us ordered from the buffet which was great value. We were a little surprised that tap water was 50cents per person, but we understood, and 12 of us got tap water. They didn't bring out many glasses so we constantly had to keep asking, and I was refused more jugs of water when I asked for more than one jug for 15 of us... and eventually the man gave us some more. The food was of good value and quality, but when it came to having the ice cream that came with the buffet, my uncle wasn't allowed to give his to his daughter instead of having it himself. Strange... Even stranger, the waitress couldn't evenly split the bill and we had to recount every dish we ordered. Again, food was good but the staff and policies are disappointing and ruined the experience for me."

"Das Florianihof ist einer meiner allerliebsten Lokale in Wien.. es gibt eine große Auswahl an Zeitungen und Magazinen und es ist einer der wenigen Lokale wo keine Musik gespielt wird, sondern die Geräuschkulisse aus der Kaffeemaschine und Gesprächen besteht. "in the heart of the old town is a modern looking Asian kitchen. They serve real Sichuan dishes, how sharp aubergines (very recommended.) usually one would think that one can serve a place that sushi and other wok dishes, can not trust, but this is a safe thing. the staff is super friendly as soon as they order, they get 2 pieces sushi on the house and some ice cream. the prices are great and it is worth it. the quantity of food is more than sufficient. we had tom yam suppe, vegetarian gyozas, aubergine dish and fried egg noodles with vegetables for 23 euro."

"Ja es ist vegan und es schmeckt ok. Aber der Service war unterirdisch und dem Koch fehlt das Verständnis fürs Essen. Es war nicht wirklich warm und die Konsistenzen sind nicht durchdacht. Burgerpatty war matschig...Außerdem viel zu teuer für winzige Portionen. Man muss für Salat statt Pommes zum Burger 90cent Aufpreis zahlen und der Salat ist in einer MINI Schale. In anderen Lokalen nennt man das Salat Garnitur... Also 10 Euro NUR für ein Burger. Na bum! Nicht noch mal, schade!"
