"Didn't stay, just popped in for lunch. We hadn't booked as it was a Tuesday lunchtime in November, so assumed we wouldn't need to. Thankfully the staff got us a table for three, ordered two starters three mains and a dessert. All the food was top quality, mum's fish and chips was enormous and she even liked the mushy peas (which is normally a no go). The pub is apparently know for its homemade pies, and I can see why! Beef and Binham Blue cheese pie is probably the best pie I have ever eaten. The pub filled up quickly with bookings, most of whom ordered pies. Lots of punters asking them to sell them individually and it would be great it they could, but I understand the logisitics of why they can't. My advice is to book, no matter what time, day or time of year it is. They are pretty much fully booked during peak times, and heard the staff only offering 5pm-6pm or after 8pm on a weekday.
