"We wanted to eat at the Schnitzelschmiede yesterday. Would like to sit outside. There was a sign that said please register inside if you wanted to sit outside. We registered with the statement that we should sit at a small table, there were 3 of us. But the only place in the shade was a large table that can only be occupied by 5 people or more. (29 °C and sun). We sat there anyway. The employee came and told us to sit at a small table. When we asked if he would open a parasol, he said no and directed us inside. Then he said that if they didn't like it, they were welcome to leave. We did that too. CONCLUSION: no customer friendliness, although umbrellas were available, they were not opened."
