"We had a reallynice dinner here but it was also the most expensive during our visit to Sylt. We arrived and ordered two Aperol Spritz, it was ok. But unfortunately the smallest I have ever had. We decided on variation of salmon to start with...which was very nice. One portion of halibut with truffelrisotto with champagne sauce and one portion of Northsea cod with vegetables, salt potatoes and mustardsauce. Maincourses was also very nice, mine with the halibut was beautiful in combination with the risotto. The dessert was one portion of sorbet ice cream, three different types and one portion of red porridge with vanilla ice cream. We had a bottle of white wine and two glasses of dessert wine, and ended the meal with two cups of coffee. We had a good time and the food is a bit more expensive here but it is also good, value for money. And we would come back."

"We started with afternoon coffe and cake , a pot of coffee each, a strawberry cake with cream and it was all very nice. Then we saw someone have and Aprerol that looked very nice, and in a decent size, so we decided to have one as well. We came late afternoon at sat inside and left as they started to arrange the tables for dinner. It looks like a nice place to have dinner, many people called and came into make reservations while we were there, so I would suggest you make a reservation if you plan to have dinner here."

"we were at lunch at blum and know the fish restaurant for over 10 years already at the visit of the last two years that the previously excellent fish quality had greatly decreased, but otherwise it was in the past. Today we had a black day at blum’s. we have ordered a teller knieper (stone craps) and in the connection fish from the grill. the knieper came half raw and in the complaint they were told they would belong. after that they were pushed into oven and came to us 15 min later still raw. the fish from the grill was panned and not from the grill. the jars had to be complained because lip pen was on by the previous guests. short of the whole visit was a real poor certificate."
