"We stayed here for our first night camping in our campervan. The food was good, the pub was quiet albeit for a few local however where this pub came into its own was the staff. They were all super friendly, lovely to talk too and accomodating. We were on of their first campervan customers and felt very welcome. Carpark is a good size and is very quiet which was nice to get some sleep. My only thing I would mention is that the only toilets are inside and they are not accessible post 11pm and they reopened at 12 midday the next day. The landlady though did say that she would open the doors around 9:30/10ish in the morning and move to those hours when the weather improves for the summer. A consideration perhaps for those who campers do not have loos (Like ours). Other than that, we felt welcome and hosted and will be returning again. Thanks for having us! Parking: Campervan friendly!
