They informed us that we could take a long walk since it would help them manage the kitchen better, and they explained the wait time, understanding if we preferred not to wait. I really appreciated this level of communication, not only with the customers but also between the kitchen and the front-of-house team. It showed how organized they were and how well they worked together as a true team."
