"were two after reservation on Sunday at h 18:30 for dinner. a greeting from the young men behind the tresen remained out. face expression: "guests threatened with turnover".The friendly, Spanish speaking waiter who accepted ours offered us a table outside or inside.We quickly got a menu and ordered the drinks. we did not have to wait long for the appetizers, but at the time of serving we had to ask for our drinks, which were then brought by another waiter.The quality of the different appetizers was good. after brot we had to ask, although for each operation it would have been difficult to see that the brotkörbchen was empty. even after the glasses were emptied and operated several times past our table, we had to order drinks again. none of the employees came to ask the idea for further drinks.The main dish - and mentioned explicitly at the site positiw - filet of excellent quality should be accompanied by supplements. a supplement was served with the meat, a further ordered supplement followed only to ask. this is not possible!!!!The later bill then offered the surprise of the special kind. we were charged € 12,90 for wein, which we had not drunk. the complaint to the waiter was commented as follows: "Have they invited the outside? for this wee belongs to him." we did not have to find fun. Conclusion: meat good - service friendly - but unorganized and "a lot of air up"."

"We had ordered a table for the communion of my daughter in the Ramshof for 15 persons incl. 3 children. We were kind to receive with champagne and O juice for the children. We had our own room for ourselves. And it was a beautiful ambience. Our lady who served us was also very friendly. We took place, and our hostess picked up our order. Of course, the kids didn't want to sit at the table all the time and played. Suddenly, a screaming voice came around the corner that was finally calm and we all crack. I asked who this is at the service and she told us that was the boss. I was really upset about this behavior. All right. The food came. Looked good too. We started. I had to find out that the vegetables were already cold. The meat was tough and **** though I didn't want to. October I took it that way and said nothing. The appetizer (supper) was delicious as well as the dessert. The potato cracks were pampy. My conclusion to eat. Never again have eaten better and if you think for a 3 course menu excl. Beverages so much money can't be. The restaurant is too dark. Chef is totally unfriendly. Never again. But the best thing comes to the end. So we wanted to go home and pay for it. We went to the reception and said we wanted to pay. We would look like a car just not so fast. We'd be wiped off by the boss... the bill hasn't been done yet. Okay, then I told you to send it by email. The boss agreed to me. So 4 weeks have passed suddenly came an email. The invoice we sent to you by mail came back. I'm totally amazed. I went by personally to pay it directly. When I got there, I was charged I thought I had a horse. Some drinks were put on it. Arrangements that have been made before were written expensively on the invoice. I noticed it at the boss in the end, the boss was totally annoyed that I had asked questions at all, and told me that she had no time at all and that we drank and had eaten. So I had to take it that way paid and left. I don't know."
