"Hi, I’m a foodie, and so are my wife and young son we all truly live up to the name. For the past couple of years, we've been hearing about an Indian restaurant in the UK called ‘Adda Hut,’ known for serving authentic Kolkata style Bengali cuisine. Yesterday, my family and I finally had the chance to try their food, and I have to say, we were quite satisfied. We would like to start with Kolkata style mutton biryani. The rice was light, flavorful, and moist, just as it should be. The biryani came with two pieces of mutton, one large potato, and an egg. The potato was well cooked and flavorful, and the mutton was tender and tasty. Overall, we had a great experience. If I were to rate the biryani from a well known restaurant in Kolkata a 10 out of 10, I’d give the biryani at Adda Hut an 8.5 out of 10, which is impressive for a place so far from Kolkata. We also tried their Luchi, Kashmiri Alur Dom, Kolkata style fish fry, and Mishti Doi. Overall, we had a really great time, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who shares our taste in food.
