"I would like to say that this evaluation is not based on a one-time visit, but that I have already eaten 5 or 6 times in this restaurant! Not that I was so satisfied with eating every time, but unfortunately is tradition with my parents. Unfortunately, it's so much of superb and unfriendly that I wonder how this can last so long locally. Here are some examples. Once I ordered a steak and it wasn't pink inside, or ****, it was raw! When I drew the chefin attention to it, she revoked "Isn't that enough for them"? she took it and left it again, but about a third of the steaks was greatly longed so that I left it on the teller. when she was dreaming and asked if everything was in order, I told her that my steak was not good and not to consume the rest. she took it with an aha to know and that was it for her. no debt, no estate, or anything else. Another time we were there shortly after the salatable was introduced. we took our salat from the salatable and had to find that it was not well kept in ordained. the salate ingredients were distributed among each other in the salates and unfortunately also welke salat leaves were in between, it was not really appetizing. when we were asked by her in the meantime if everything was in order, my wife told her that in the salattheke welke leaves are lying and that she asks pampig "aha where?" my wife just told her that because she was asked about it and to give her an honest feedback, but with such a stupid answer none of us counted. And last but one last episode. my wife and a few friends have a table reserved there and asked extra if they had to make a mess if someone wants to eat them. they said that would not be necessary because enough whispers would be in stock for the season. it came as it had to come when now 3 of them wanted to order muscheln, it was only enough for 2 portions and they told them that they had to preorder the muscheln...When my wife spoke to them that they had specifically asked for it during the reservation, they got as answer "that they then understood wrong" There were still more episodes that I and the readers here however spared enough restaurant."

"If you want to experience a great pleasure for the senses of taste, take a trip to the Alte Feuerwache to Würselen. 70 Euro per person for a 3 course menu with aperitif, wine and water you pay here. What you can expect is here! First we had a nice reception. The jackets are accepted and brought to the wardrobe. Until then you can stay in the cozy lounge. As an appetizer there was the Carpaccio from the calf. The sweet acidic note of the Vinaigrette and the Balsamico perfectly matched. The pine cores with field salad rounded off the thing. On the way to the house bread with salted butter and cold-pressed olive oil. The bread was pink outside, soft inside. The oil very high quality. The main dish consisted of 18h sworn pastries with celery porridge and napkin dumplings. The meat was already falling apart. The sacks had a balanced fat meat ratio and thus missed the ideal taste cake. The Spätburgunder sauce was excellent. The napkin dumplings were delicious, but for my taste a little too sour taste. But maybe that's exactly what the restaurant makes interpretation. The evening was rounded off with a Crème Brulée on Gerwürzananas and orange sorbet. The freshness on the palate was not to confess, really good. Only the crème was standard. Like any other good, too. But this does not diminish the overall picture. We had a wonderful evening and many tasteful experiences. The service staff was very attentive and expert. Both wine and aperitif recommendations simply went by hand and matched excellent. The sanitary facilities were clean and well suited to the atmosphere of the restaurant. This was very cozy and welcoming. Warm colors, masonry and a fireplace invite you to stay. We'll be back."
