"One of several small places to eat in Zizur Mayor, Pamplona, near the A.C. Marriott Hotel. A short walk in a picturesque suburb, the Casa Azcona is heard before being seen. As part of a hotel, it has a lively forecourt, with outside tables full of people in conversation and dining. The waitress can bring you menus in different languages, just identify yours if you don't speak Spanish. I had baked hake fish, potatoes, and mixed salad. Delicious but you have to like the liberal splash of olive oil. Many items in the menu. The sandwiches are very generous too. Any drink you wanted but cold water is best in the heat. Quick service. Friendly. Very reasonable at Euros 13.25. Highly commend for ambience and home cooking. Worth the visit."
