"I understand that this review may belong in the category of very affordable dining options, but the service was quite poor. In summary, the food arrived an hour late. I ordered £10 worth of food to receive free delivery, but I was still charged £1.00. The food looked like it had been mishandled, as if the driver had been careless with it. I didn't bother to complain because the food was so late that the restaurant was closing soon anyway, and it seemed like my concerns would not be taken seriously. The chicken was undercooked and the fries were soggy."
