"We actually ate here twice in one day one for a ‘picky’ lunch and coffee, after a 2hr drive to meet in the middle each. Then we booked for 6pm that evening and we spent too long catching up earlier in the day over lunch, meaning we needed to push our 6pm dinner back to 6.30pm. They were very accommodating and made this happen! Prawns to start, salmon for main were both delicious! The pudding was a little disappointing, as they had no brownie or apple pie left, so I chose the victoria sponge this was a bit disappointing. It was dry and tasted like it had just come out of the fridge as the buttercream was solid. The only disappointment. A range of drinks coffee, cold drinks, wine, gin and TRIPP juices. I sat on the sofas waiting for a friend for a while with a laptop to catch up with some work. The staff were all very attentive."
