"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Just Wings. Despite ordering online through their website, my orders have consistently been delayed, requiring me to call for updates. The excuses are always the same - "really busy tonight" or "not enough drivers." One time, I even offered to pick up my order myself, but was not offered any compensation. Tonight was no different, with my delivery time changing from 50 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes in an email, and now it has been over 2 hours. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it was just being cooked and should have already been out for delivery. This is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for my food. All I received was a half-hearted apology, which does not make up for the poor service I have received."
