"the first time we tried this today, we were separated from annie, which was a beautiful lady, brilliant at her job and made us feel very welcome and eat banged. it was nice to eat in a restaurant where all employees seemed well organized, efficient and happy to be there. we had a start porn, thick shake and floorless drink came about £27 a head good the money worth."

"Went there on 2nd march Been served by the guy sorry didn’t get his name but he’s the only one was wearing black clothes. Everything was fine they had gf option burgers were ok. Than eventually the guy who started his shift bold one(came to work on skate board) as he was the only one available at the time trying to get his attention to order another drinks he slammed the bill on my table and walked away. I paid the bill and went to Macy’s next door as my daughter really needed a drink. Hardly busy neither no one was wiring on The door so really they were not in a need of table as 70% of the restaurant was empty. Anyways thank you"

"We booked a table 24 hours in advance for 4 people at 1pm on Saturday. When we arrived (at 1pm) we were told there were no tables available and we would have to wait. When I said I had a reservation they said oh, it 's because another show just finished . It 's quite clear that making a reservation at this place makes no difference. Eventually (50 minutes later) we got a table. The service was slow, but the food was good when it eventually arrived. Standing around with 2 children, one of them with learning difficulties for almost an hour was not pleasant. They knocked £10 off the bill, but to be honest I would have expected more. Would not recommend this restaurant and I will definitely not be going back again. The Cafe within the Lego Discovery building next door was far better and I wish we would have stayed in there."

"There's no point in making a reservation since you still end up waiting like everyone else outside. We booked for 2:15 but weren't seated until 2:45. The jukebox was broken, which was really disappointing since we were hoping to introduce the kids to the fun of an American diner. The staff seemed too busy to pay attention to us, despite our attempts to catch their eye. We ended up getting our own drinks. It was only when we had almost finished our meal that a staff member came by to ask how everything was—too little, too late given we were already having issues with our meal. Overall, the experience was lacking."
