"I believe they need to work on improving the personal service and engaging in better conversations. The service was quite slow, with many tables being left with dirty dishes and glasses for too long while staff members stood around. Our drinks only arrived after we had finished our meal, and it seemed like the staff could have paid more attention to our table. Additionally, I believe that the kitchen staff should wear masks, as we observed a cook handling food after blowing his nose without washing his hands. The salad bar had a low standard, as our salad was prepared by a young girl who touched it with her fingers, and the salad appeared brown and wilted. The restaurant had a damp smell and was in need of a renovation, with the furniture outside being dirty and uninviting. We have enjoyed dining at many restaurants in the past, but I must say that this was the worst experience we have had."
