"It seems the open app is not fit for purpose. On arrival at the waterside for our booking we were informed a table was ready, but we could not have the High Tea even though it had been booked almost a month in advance. The staff were very apologetic and helpful but there was nothing they could do as High Tea requires at least 48 hrs advance booking. I informed the staff that I was even offered to upgrade the High Tea with a 1/2 bottle of Prosecco which I declined, and this also requested did I wish to leave a message as this was a special occasion which I did notify that it was our anniversary. This was Sunday afternoon 15:45 making it extremely difficult to find alternative dining arrangements. The staff did offer the basic menu, burger or sandwiches but this was not what we wanted. I would not recommend this venue until this the application is rectified."
